![]() Initiative: Your turns are mixed together with the enemis, and while I am not 100% positive I have seen characters getting turns twice in a row which is likely due to high initiative (and spells in combat which boost initiative temporarily further). Then go for Agi or evne Int for your melees, to increase that damage. ![]() I'd only increase stregth until you hit everything with melee weapons and you can carry the heaviest weapons. ![]() That also means that in Operencia Strength does not increase your damage. The Chance to crit more often, to increase crit damage, to counter attack and to double attack. ![]() However you can increase your damage by chance. Raw damage is just your weapon damage and your skill damage, where the skill damage only skales with the level. Intelligence: I think Operencia does things a bit difference which is confusing. If you are constantly over 100%, there is no need to increase it further. You will see in combat how high your hit chance is. I think the hit rating is just calculated against the enemie's def rating and vice versa. Last question: These "valuable" items that one finds from time to time: Can they all be sold I do I need some in certain situations? It's called "Overworld combination" (or similar). Party skills: I know how they work, but there is one I cannot active although the meter is full. But I did not find a way to change the affix/element? A yellow test is saying "Change Element" (or similar). Item affixes: I noticed that some items seem to have several affixes while only one is active and the other ones greyed out. Initiative: Is this only defining the order in which the characters do their draws? Why should I give a character more initiative? It always says: 7-10 poison damage and 6-10 fire damage. ![]() Anyhow, while I'm increasing Intelligence of my chars, the text description for spells like the Combustion skill do not change. Intelligence: Higher intelligence is said to increase the damage of spells. Hit Rating (Melee/Ranged): What do these values represent? Is it some kind of combined value of weapon damage and attributes in order to representing my fighting power? I have played Operencia now for several hours and I'm really enjoying it! Great game! Nonetheless, I have some questions regarding the skill system which I could not yet figure out: ![]()
